The most berating discrimination type terrible experience of my life!! Incompetent and uneducated without any knowledge of finance or economy is my impression of the place. I'm a first-time home buyer And I contacted this office about a property that I saw that I was interested in. Spoke with Betina Finley. I was told there was a high lot fee on the mobile home I wanted to purchase. I told them I was not interested as I could purchase my own land. She asked me my income then told me I should just keep renting if I can't afford the ridiculous amount. I was insulted! She wanted to tell me not to invest my money because I don't have much monthly income. Not knowing I have enough to purchase my own land and finance the home. As a real estate agent this place is inept and I wouldn't trust my future to someone Giving me bad investment advice to continue renting. The cost of leasing the land for 5 years is more than it would cost to purchase my own. She assumed I was broke because I didn't want to waste my money. This was discriminatory. Her demeanor was incompetent rude and disrespectful

Larry is a full-service, highly-experienced agent. I really appreciated his ability to size up the construction of homes and identify potentially big, expensive issues to fix. He adapted quickly to the types of homes I liked and was effective at telling me which homes were a waste of time to see. I was an anxious first-time homebuyer and he talked me at length through what I was experiencing. At open houses I observed a lot of naive real estate agents and I'm glad I had Larry's expertise working for me.

If you ever need to sell your house, make sure you have Marika Abuashvili with Coldwell Banker Bain in Bellevue as your agent. It doesn’t even matter if your house is not located on the east side, Marika will get the job done. The condo I was selling was located in Des Moines, WA and I lived in Ocean Shores, WA at the time of the sale.

As I did not live in the area, Marika made it easy for me to sign documents via the internet, whenever possible. When I did come into her office, it was always worth my time and the 3 hour drive to get to Bellevue from Ocean Shores.

Marika listened to all my questions and concerns and met all my expectations. She also made suggestions that made it easier to sell my condo. The fact that she sold my condo in less than 5 days and for $11,000 over asking price tells it all. Marika Abuashvili is an outstanding broker and real estate agent.

Franz and Joe worked hard on both the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second, and they made selling and purchasing at the same time seamless.
