Kathy guided us through the process of buying our vacation home succinctly and dilligently. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding. Kathy King is your Ace in the hole! She’s a consummate professional and a straight shooter who tells you what you need to know. Our experience relates specifically to vacation rentals -- the most recent of which we booked through Robin at Coldwell Banker in Borrego Springs. We have rented several condos here over the past 10 years, and never has the experience been so positive. The arrangements were easily made; and our experience in requesting support on a few minor issues we experienced at move in has been nothing short of outstanding. If you are looking for a vacation rental in this wonderful and relatively unknown desert location we'd highly recommend working with Robin at Coldwell Banker.

Horrible experience. A real nightmare. Our agent misrepresented the property we bought--what we thought was our yard was actually sold to a developer in a tax auction WHILE WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT ON OUR HOUSE. So. Either she's deceptive or clueless. We'll figure out which in court.
