Dale Eyeler helped me considerably with the purchase of my ink and toner business. I searched for businesses in several cities, including out of state, before settling on the absentee business in Yuba City with 3 locations that was a match for what I required while I was still maintaining a full time job as the CEO for the Superior Court of California. Through that search, which lasted more than a year, Dale was diligent and responsive to my many texts and phone calls. His financial statement review was always insightful with several ideas that saved me a lot of money in the long run. Not all the purchase documents were authored by Dale and when it was time to review someone else’s work, he was great at pointing out the significant items without getting into weeds with another broker’s documents. I really appreciate Dale’s efforts and am looking forward to my next purchase where we can get together again.

I have contacted the broker Dale E* multiple times, over email, phone call and text message but did not hear anything back from this guy. At one instance he answered the phone and hung up, then texted me he had a long day and just sat down to have dinner. All I needed were financials for a business that I was interested in purchasing. Stay away from this company and their unprofessional service and employees.

Worst unprofessional real estate agency ever !!!!!!
I have been trying to contact this office for multiple Times for past two weeks no one answering I call them and left a message with the office lady also when I call back couple days later to follow up that no one called me they keep picking up the phone calls and hanging up.. why do you guys advertise properties for sale when customers calling you guys you keep hanging up that’s such a unprofessional so I hope no one goes with this company because I can assure you they have properties for sale but this agent phone number that’s on the flyer which is the office number I believe she’s the broker she is unprofessional make sure no one go through them because they will leave you hanging..!!!!!
