I rented a property that used these people as their property management company. Nancie was the person I interacted with and from the beginning there were red flags. Telling me the propane tanks were full only to find out they were at 46% and I was responsible for filling them. I requested things to be looked at or fixed several times and I was told they would be looked at and than told we would just set up a time to go over everything months later was finally gotten back to when they wanted to know if I wanted to renew my lease I had to use pliers on the shower handle and was left with a fridge that froze everything for over 5 weeks. She does not care about her tenants and proved that over and over. In the end demanded several times that I make sure I clean everything before I leave and so I did. I spent several hours with friends scrubbing and deep cleaning everything only to be charged a cleaning fee in the end anyway of 200$ she even gave out my personal information to the new tenants without my permission. If you have to deal with this company make sure you get everything in writing so you have something to prove and I would request someone else.
