Trisha and her team were fantastic at every step of the way. Communication was prompt and clear, they were always available to schedule showings, which was very important in this market, and they gave great advice as we prepared offers. I’ve purchased four houses now and sold three, and this was by far the best performance by an agent out of all of them.

My mother was very interested in viewing a property that has been sitting vacant for months. She called “Lindsay” from Coldwell Banker, who was supposed to be managing the property, and asked about the average price of utilities. She snapped “I don’t know anything about that.” Despite being slightly put-off by her attitude, my mother scheduled an appointment to see the property, and she was stood up. When my mother called after waiting for an extended period of time on the cold porch, Lindsay was unapologetic and snapped, “I was there. I told you I had another appointment.” My mother was there early; this girl never showed up and obviously didn’t schedule enough time to view the property even if she had. I feel sorry for the property owner that chose this company to list with. Obviously they’re not interested in getting business. My mother left a message at the office about the incident but got no response. So unprofessional!
