We had called every real estate office in Marion to help us relocate into town. No one & I mean no one replied to our situation except for J. David Thompson Reality ♥️. This is the second house I have purchased from their Reality & why did I call others when I knew they had the expertise to do a good job Lol I am blaming it on a "senior" moment!! Amanda & Linda have been super helpful with our relocation. Great work ladies! You will never know how much we appreciated your help & wisdom.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would because when it comes to renting, they do not care about anything unless they get their money. Lived in a home with black mold, electrical issues, a family of raccoons living in the top of the house and they did not care whatsoever about it. Shame. Lucky I was able to pay off the rent but love how they wanted to lie. Would go into detail but it ain't even worth the time of writing it.

Went in on a bit of a whim & they were fantastic in answering all our questions. Even sat us down to get a better handle on what we were looking for as far as selling our current home & purchasing a new home. When the time comes we will definitely deal with them. They made us feel welcome & comfortable.

A great guys apartment building caught on fire by another renter & even though his apartment had the least damage and only repainted and new carpeting he was told the workers could work around him even still he was told he had to leave because Jay David Thomas did not want to pay for it. A complete unethical way of running a real estate business.

I rent an apartment through them and have not had working heat, a functional stove and oven, and my bathroom light will only turn on if I turn one of my stove burners to the on position (stove still won't work). I asked them to fix it over 20 days ago and they sent me a bill telling me that everything was fine and I had to pay for wasting their time, but nothing was fixed and I still have these problems and have called multiple times and have recorded videos of these things not working correctly, and they just ignore me or tell me they'll send someone but never do.

I had to fix my own apt its infested with mice and roaches I had to buy my food because there refrigerator went out more than three times rent is fair but you also inherited there problems these Holmes need to be torn down I had to buy my own paint coal light covers curtains they only brought carpet for one room they made me move in as is holes all around foundation tub leaks from bath tub into basement full of mold all my Thanksgiving dinner and more were spoiled they did nothing to replace my food so I went from Nov 5 to this present day with no food and I'm at mercy of the shelters to eat I'm hungry Right now my rent is current and I've never missed a payment so is not to destroy my credit we were late with rent because we had to make it liveable we cough from the mold in the basement every time the we cut the heat on which runs the bill up and we have to leave the door to the hall open so we can breathe I'm sorry when we moved in they had defective wiring for the stove and ceiling which could have killed us mold under the kitchen sink which causes lung cancer the foundation is held up by boards and spider. webs they house leans and so does your furniture you ask me why did I move in because my son lied and said he brought a house and this was it I never would have left las Vegas Never I will be looking for an atty
