Don Preston was amazing at assisting our family for a buy and sell of properties in Glen cove Ca. on Sand Dollar Drive and an amazing buy with views on the hill. He was extremely efficient straight to the point and did not waste our time or money on any transactions. We had the misfortune of dealing with another real estate agent in the past at Remax Vallejo who ended up costing us so much money for closing when we could have avoided it. I highly recommend Don Preston or his son as they are purely about Bussines and will ensure you do not waste ANY unnecessary money during such an entirely complex sale. In Fairfield the majority of listings are with Gateway Realty. So they would be difficult to avoid. However based on my experience as a buyer this is probably a good thing. Their agents are a lot nicer than every other real estate agent I have encountered in other areas and Fairfield itself. Being friendly doesn't impede their skill in getting a deal accepted and business done. They are organized and make all the signing very accessible, ie you can do it online/over e-mail. I would highly recommend Celia and Jeffery Wu. They were great at vetting houses, sending pictures, and helping one in every way they can to get deal done.
