If I could give ZERO stars I would.
This is the WORST Real estate company!
My Agent Denise Stepps was very unprofessional. She lied about several things. She is shady. She seemed to undermine the home selling process on several occasions. She made an already stressful situation even more stressful. Seemed to be working more for the buyers instead of her client(the seller)
DO NOT USE THESE CROOKED People!
Also, She reopened my closed PG&E account on the property causing the account to be referred to collections.
Her Broker, Segerstrom, was unwilling to help us after we complained about her.
