We were looking for a cabin in Groveland for our family of six and I found Starr Trew when I called Coldwell Banker in Sonora to inquire about starting our search. She was warm and friendly, and super easy to communicate with. We met the following weekend in Groveland to look at some properties. Starr was even nicer in person, and she was so great with our kids ages 5, 5, 7, and 8. They just love her! After looking at a bunch of properties, we decided to move our search to Twain Harte. Starr pivoted with us seamlessly. We again looked at many properties over a couple of month period, and she worked with our schedule as we were coming from a couple of hours away. She was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond, going to properties so we could do virtual tours over the phone and even watching our kiddos so we could have a little time to check things out on our own. Starr never pressured us and always gave us the pros and cons of every scenario. When it came time to make an offer on our new home, she negotiated for us and helped to make the process flow smoothly. We are so happy with the experience we had with Starr, and consider her not only a fantastic real estate agent, but also a friend. Thank you, Starr, for everything!

Danelle Rodgers of the Rodgers Group with Coldwell Banker has been really helping us with purchasing a new house! Both her and her daughter have gone out of their way to help things get done that are associated with the purchase! If they don't know an answer to one of our questions they will make to find one or point us to where we might get it answered! We used Coldwell Banker in Sonora, in 2010, to help us find the house we live in now. Very helpful. Helped me buy my new house and do all the paperwork from Wisconsin. Really outdid herself making sure errors were corrected and even helped me buy some of the furniture from the previous owner. Would recommend them any time to anyone.
