We met Ryan at on open house a couple years ago. I shared with him that it was just kinda a hobby of mine to look at open houses but that my family would be buying a house eventually....but it could be years before we were ready. If you've ever been to an open house, you know how many realtors you encounter and they all would "LOVE to help you when you're ready". Ryan was different. He made a point to know and understand our family's lifestyle, needs and wants. We trusted that he was genuinely interested in the well-being of OUR family. He would call just to catch up on the happenings and I never EVER felt like he was just trying to "win us over". Many times during our phone calls, purchasing a home never even came up in the conversation! When it FINALLY came time for us to find a house, the first one he showed us was IT.

He made sure the escrow process went so smooth (SERIOUSLY-we were ready to close in almost 8 days!). He explained everything to these 1st time home buyers and although we had a degree of trepidation with homeownership in general, we were confident that we were being set up for success!
