Thank you Coldwell banker and specifically a tremendous thank you to Scye our realtor. She was probably the 8th realtor (first realtor from Coldwell) who showed us apartments. Scye worked within our budget, she was patient with us, quick to respond, and not pushy or dismissive. She really worked with our schedule and met us after work or on weekends.

Scye was able to have everything taken care of from getting a link that shows you multiple listings, meeting up for the showings, and ultimately working to get all the contracts taken care of!!

Home-base to an extremely unprofessional agent with no respect for others.

Today Teresa Vissaggio, who is an agent from this office, showed up 45 minutes earlier than her appointment, did not wait for agent that is representing place we live in, barged into our home taking advantage of our son's unawareness of the situation. Again, we supposed to be at home, but she showed up 45 minutes early and did not wait for our agent. She marched through our home as it was hers without us who are tenants of record and without the agent who represents the space.

As she writes on her page "Born and raised Hoboken girl!!!". What these Hoboken girls do not tell you is how entitled and self-centered they are accustomed to be growing up in their yuppie bubble. Draw your own conclusion from the fact that occurred and her behavior. If you think that as a client you will be on the inside, or respected, think again.

I worked with an agent from this office and I contacted my agent several times throughout the day because she wasn't answering my questions and only answered when I had told her that I was definitely going to put in an offer. After she read the offer she said she would write up a contract and send it over. She never sent the contract and notified me that they already signed another offer , when I wasn't given equal opportunity.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Worked with a guy name Alfredo who mislead us into believing we were going to get a co-op. He went non responsive several times, failed to communicate with the seller properly about sending over the contract and necessary paperwork, and then ultimately blamed us for not being aggressive enough smh. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want to avoid the headache

Very unprofessional. One of the agents there lied to us. While procrastinating during the buying process he advertised to other buyers and kept us in the dark about what was going on until the property was sold to another buyer. Very unprofessional and a waste of time
