We were referred to Joe Gibson by our loan officer. Joe is an incredible real estate agent! My husband and I were first time home buyers and didn't know a whole lot about real estate. Joe walked us through the process and was very knowledgeable. He educated us and was very patient as we learned and figured out our home preferences. Joe was respectful of our budget, helped us find new neighborhoods, and helped us find a great deal. He was excellent when it came to negotiating and had our best interest in mind throughout the process. He worked closely with our loan officer to make sure everything was going according to plan.
