Rookie Mistake from “Top Producer” Who has $250,000 to lose?

Our situation similar to so many homes in SF with unwarranted space... signed form not to market unwarranted space. Sent e-mail requesting “do not market” unwarranted space. Agent acknowledged not to market unwarranted space. Yet, Michelle Stephens (RE agent) went ahead and posted photos of unwarranted space within the on-line public domain.

City issued NOV, 6 month delay, hundreds of thousands of $$ spent on construction costs, a softening RE market, an inheritance evaporated. As a seller, it’s a risk I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

Posting on Coldwell Banker as Climb RE/Michelle Stephens RE agent was absorbed into the Coldwell Banker family of RE services

Lota de Castro is a superb real estate agent at Coldwell who helped me buy my first home.
