My husband and I have had the most wonderful and productive experience with the truly knowledgeable and personable Sales Associate/Realtor "Chris Gomes" this past week! We have been going back and forth in regard to selling our beautiful home after almost 22 years, but keep hesitating due to all the STRESS involved and trying to downsize, but still being able to enjoy everything the new home has to offer. Chris appeared in our lives as a great Blessing and has put our minds at ease, and is willing to work with us, going the "extra mile" to not only sell our home, but find the right home that will suit our taste, as well as our budget---so very important these days of super high inflation! If I could give zero stars I would have regarding realtor Troy Hermanson. We put an offer on a home he is selling and he came back to our realtor morning time that his clients accepted and later that evening he notified my realtor that they accepted another offer. Very heartbreaking for my family and on our acceptance of their quick closing we already notified our landlord that we were moving out. Very unprofessional.

If I could give a negative star I would... The facts are we had a appointment at starbucks he doesn't show up he doesn't answer his phone he doesn't send text that he cant make it nothing, not even days later, he sent me a text after I called his manager. Stay away its all about him .
