NOW THIS IS BRENDA AS A REALTOR.

This came right out of the horses mouth to me early in her real estate career. She always told me LIST THEM LOW AND SELL THEM FAST!! That is really good for the sellers! Brenda took 2 yrs and 6 months to sell our house after she received it after our divorce. It sat empty for two yrs. She had to have it but didn't move in it.

And further more, I wish she would relinquish my beautiful last name of Bruyette she kept!

I'm curious, what about the knob and tube wiring! Nobody in the entire area would insure homes of this age with it in the walls. I'm wondering how this issue went away? If it was not sellable then how is it a very few months later? We lost everything! Our credit and credibility ruined because of this.Is somebody willing to tear out walls and put say 30 to 50 thousand dollars to have it removed- because that is what we we're asked to do? Our bank saved our humility and embarrassment but Caldwell Banker....and her, yeah! I'm sure we were just a number in a fast moving market.
