Disrespected me and ignored my needs whenever I called, made me feel bad about my price range and preferences making me feel uncomfortable when they would only show me houses out of my price range they knew I couldn’t afford. Very money hungry company only focused on getting a bigger commission and not on the customers needs.

I worked with Cathy Fox, and she helped me sell a relative's property that had to go to Memory care. It was a very emotional time for me. She listed the house, took wonderful photos, and sold the house in two weeks. I couldn't have had a more understanding and professional sales person. She had a open house and 18 showings and the house was priced right. If you need someone that will represent you give Cathy a call. Cathy, I can't thank you enough. I would recommend them to everyone.

My wife and I listed our duplex with Cathy Fox, and priced it according to her recommendations.
We had an offer for full asking within 30 minutes. We were elated!
Until 30 days later when it was relisted and resold for $54,000 more. Thats a 30% increase in a month, with no work done in between.

I would not list with Cathy Fox unless you get a 2nd pricing opinion.

We on the other hand will NEVER list with them again!

This company also operates a property management business, River Valley Property Management.
You'll be hard pressed to find a less effective property management company.
Promises of repairs that never happen.
Repairs made in the cheapest, slowest way possible. Five weeks to repair a broken clothes dryer. Two weeks (and counting) to repair a broken stove.
Covid was a blessing to these people, it gave them yet another excuse for poor management.
Avoid this company unless you're willing to do home improvement projects on someone else's property for free.

The agent that represented the seller (from this group) misrepresented and deliberately mislead me (buyer) and my realtor. The property had construction liens on it, found by my title company, that were known by the realtor from this group. Due to the liens the seller breached the contract. At this time the agent from this group has not responded to any communication and he and the seller have absconded with my earnest money. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with this group as real estate fraud is part of their practice.
