Outstanding. Top notch. The best. I can not say enough about Cindy Cooper-Trammel. She goes above and beyond her job calling. She is on top of everything. If not for her we wouldn’t of found a better loan option. She helped on every step, letting us know what was going on. We are new to the process and we were getting frustrated with the agent we had been using. We thought we were going to be on our own to find the right home. Then God sent Cindy!! I truly feel she is a blessing to this industry. If u want it done right then hire Cindy!

As a first time home buyer the entire process can be a bit daunting. Kim Floyd was great. She made me feel at ease by talking me through the process. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and has a great personality. She was patient with me, listened to me, and (heard what I said ) when I told her what i was looking for. She made herself available to work with my schedule. She knew contacts, a Loan Officer, an inspector. All this was of value to me.
All in all we found my home and " I love it"

Back in January I first contacted Johnnie Sue Wynn about buying a house,the next thing I knew, I was going to look at a house. We looked at so many,some good,some not so good,but she was determined to help me find a home. After many offers and rejections,with the help from her good friend,Susan Summers, I looked at a house,made an offer,and it was accepted the next morning. I couldn’t have done any of this without Johnnie Sue’s help. We have built a friendship that will last forever. She made it clear that she wouldn’t stop until I bought a home. And yesterday, June 29th, I closed on my first house. I couldn’t have had a better agent or a better home buying experience. She’s absolutely amazing. I also want to give a big thank you to Susan,who helped when Johnnie Sue was out of town on vacation. It was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had.

Had to wait a week for this agency to even present my offer to their client. My agent had to do everything to make this sale happen. After final walk through, their clients take things including a shower head from property and then show up in the middle of my move trespassing to "tell me some things" and violated my personal space during this pandemic. If you are trying to sell your home, these people aren't the ones to list it.

Not worth the effort to even talk to. Lazy and overpriced for what little bit they actually do. Then the stuck up " I'm better than you" attitude doesn't help matters either. Don't waste your time or money with them
