Was so lucky to have Tami Canfield as the selling agent on the property I recently bought. Even when my realtor was out of town, Tami was willing to help me with a viewing. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my home buying experience was great. Even as the buyer with her representing the seller, she looked out for my best interest. I am reviewing my realtor, Aaron Fitterer. I had a superlative experience.
He helped me find my favorite home of all time and he went out of his way to make sure that my family's needs would be met. He did far more than any realtor would normally do. I now consider Aaron a friend; words cannot express how grateful I am to him for all of his hard work on my behalf.
He is super knowledgeable of the area and an authentic, honest person. He makes sure that deadlines are met and will warn you of potential issues when it comes to making decisions or keeping to the terms of a contract.
I can't say enough good things about Aaron; if you're lucky enough to have him help you find a home or sell your home you won't be disappointed.

Got a place with my wife and I left her halfway through the contract. She got evicted and I went in to clean up the mess. Spent $600 cleaning and the landlord said she'd cut me a deal since I cleaned it up. Well she lied and charged me way to much for cleaning and the reinstallation of a dishwasher that we never had along with replacing things that were never there when we moved in. And she sent me to collections without even notifying me first like she had said. Completely upset with this place.

The management doesn't seem to care for the people paying their paychecks. 80% of the time you call and ask questions about the properties they give short, irritated responses and then just hang up. Never late on payments, and this is how you'll still be treated.

After working with other real estate agencies in the area and found them lacking, I was referred to Lea Pray with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson and soon purchased a home with her assistance. The service we received here was far above that of the local competitors and we will certainly use the same agent/representative when we decide to sell the home we bought last year.
