The sale of my Moms condo after she passed away was very emotional. My agent Jane Felton took every step possible to make sure everyone involved was sensitive to this. Including the handyman that she recommended for repairs. She would go let him in and wait for him to finish. She even did some repairs herself. She made sure the buyers were someone that would make my Moms house their home and love it as much as my Mom did. My Mom would be happy with the new owners.
I would recommend Jane and Coldwell Bankers every time.

Our agent, Jane, was absolutely awesome to work with. She kept us quickly informed of everything going on in the sale of our home (which was extremely important to us), was always calm & professional, and always kept her "cool" when we had trouble keeping ours!
