Cole Kerby is a star realtor. Very personable. He is both energetic and still low-key. My wife and I have sold a number of houses over the years, using experienced realtors with an accomplished records. Cole beats all of them. His work ethic is phenomenal. He handled many details to prepare the house for sale that the seller would normally do but could not. Because he himself has done both extensive remodeling work and property management, he has an extensive network of people whom he can call on to get things done. Smaller chores he simply took care of himself.
Cole understands the importance of good communication: He was in close communication with the seller throughout, and clearly replied promptly to prospective buyers and made himself available to them at their convenience. The website that he commissioned at his expense for the house was both professional and creative, including highly effective use of shots from a drone.
His judgement about the offering price proved to be a winning strategy — multiple buyers made offers, most were above asking (due to Cole’s salesmanship relating to buyers’ realtors). He helped the seller choose which among them was the most attractive — and then negotiated a higher offer from them! Just remarkable.
