Shopped 6 different dealerships for the same car. Ended up with the best deal at Cole Kia. With more warranties 10/100,000 bumper to bumper and 7 year paint and interior warranty for less money then what other dealers priced out the door without the extra protections. First time buying from a Cole dealership and i would buy from again. Eric & Cody are good people.

All staff were very helpful with finding the right car to meet my standards. I was involved with everyone on the floor. Multiple salesmen jumped in to help assist if needed. Austin (Salesman) was easy going and great to work with. Bill (Nissan Manager) was understanding and flexible with my budget. He was able to accommodate as needed.

Loved the experience here at Cole! My son’s first car buying moment could not have been better!! Eric was so helpful and also excited for my son. Gabe Lambert (salesman) and Josh Francis (finance) teamed up to make it happen. I now have a loaded 2025 Kia Sportage. She sure is a beauty! They were so helpful and accommodating. We have bought many cars/trucks from Cole Nissan over the years and the helpfulness of the employees across the board at Coles is amazing and unmatched. We stuck with Coles this time but decided to try a Kia. I went online and found the Kia I fell in love with and I am definitely not disappointed.

The man at the front counter was condescending! I was told by the Kia headquarters that all my recalls were gonna be replaced and corrected even though I didnt know anything about a class action lawsuit over the engine on certain vin numbered kia souls were catching on fire! Mine being one of them! So. I can't get the replacement motor now like the Kia headquarters man told me that he was making me an appointment at Cole Kia for me to get ALL the recall issues taken and it had to be drivable in order to get my motor. If my car wasn't running they couldn't replace my engine upon my hour drive to get there, but if it was running when I arrived, the front counter man took my keys, was aware it was running and told me he would call my cell phone around 5pm when it was done. ( I arrived around 10am) I got the call, excited to get my fix car back and also exhausted from waiting 7 hours. He says my keys are in my car and they didn't fix a thing! Not even change out my recalled fuses?! Now my engine is COMPLETELY SHOT. Sitting in my driveway after a miserable trip trying to get it home after driving the las t bit of life out of my Kia soul to get it repaired or fixed, FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL!!!!
I hold Cole Kia responsible. Responsible for lying to me about fixing it if i could get it there still running! I did that, I got it there still running! By a miracle got it home after an hour drive back, pulling over multiple times, smoke pouring out of the back like smoke stacks! ( that was the dangerous engine catching fire Issue I was bringing it in the first place due to Kia headquarters reaching out to me to get it fixed! My car drifted down into my driveway and now it won't start or do anything! Now a free recall job has turned into me being without a car to drive, period!,
I live on a limited SDDI income. I can't buy a new car, and definitely buy a used one with my limited finances! I DO NOT RECOMMEND COLE KIA TO ANYONE LOOKING TO buy or repair any vehicle Kia makes. I love my Kia soul. Just paid it off last year and thanks to non work ethical employees at Cole Kia, I HAVE NOTHING NOW WHEN THERES A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT INTENDED ,JUST FOR THE DANGEROUS PROVLEMS I FACED THAT PARTICULAR DAY...DECEMBER 17TH! I AM FURIOUS!
