We first contacted her because we heard she provides a "concierge" realty service that helps sellers to update, repair, and stage their property with costs paid through escrow closing proceeds. Coleen far exceeded our expectations during the selling process. Our house went on the market just as Covid-related shut-downs were occurring, and Coleen patiently and expertly guided us every step of the way in this challenging environment. She worked extremely hard to help us prepare our property for sale, and she worked just as hard to market our home and ultimately "get the deal done." As showing requirements kept changing, she figured out new ways to present the property virtually, and her dedication and imagination paid off. She always responded quickly and comprehensively to any and all questions, which we greatly appreciated.
