Colette helped me so much in the sale of my house. She guided me through the whole process that started with helpful referrals to professionals to get any needed work done on the house before and after an inspection. Those contractors were invaluable because they work closely with realtors and get the job done quickly. She is completely dedicated to you and the sale of your home. Colette was a pleasure to work with from the very moment I mentioned we were wanting to sell our house till even after it closed.

Colette was right there with me and my husband, helping us get our house ready to show, with all the little details (scheduling inspections, coordinating with people to help clean, coming over herself and adding special touches here and there). Colette guided us along the way to present our home in the best possible way and gave me emotional support throughout the whole process. She is thoughtful and thorough.

We were able to get our "older" house ready and sold so much quicker than I'd imagined. I still look back and am amazed that we did all that we did -- together!
