Set up a viewing for a property with her, she didn't show up to the viewing which both the owner and I thought was weird, did not give me the lock box combination or reach out in general. Called me several days later to say I didn't get the rental and hung up on me. Not a very professional experience.

I purchased a house in Santa Cruz in 2012. Jeanne was my real estate agent. Today, I called her asking for help on building plans done on the house before I owed it. She was remarkable, producing build permit plans, pest reports, and photographs of the house. She even found the who the original architect was from 1988! This will save thousands of dollars in redesigning my driveway/bridge. Couldn't be more impressed.
