The staff at Collins Property Management are amazing. They are very helpful with answering questions and concerns in a timely manner. We just moved back from out of state and was in need of a rental but didn’t want to deal with a property management that aren’t there for their tenants. Lo and behold Collins came through and took care of us. I highly recommend them for any rental needs. Thanks guys!

The office staff was very nice in the beginning but the operations director was definitely just being nice to get us into the property, after that she was rude and even told me I was lying about not receiving the maintenance updates. She is essentially the reason why we left. Also the office doesn’t seem to like to answer the phones, very hard to get a hold of. I gave this review four stars because of Craig, the manager. He was nice, understanding and if I had spoke with him before we may have even stayed at the property. If you deal with Craig, you will recommend Collins PM to others, but if you get the operations director, she will drive you away. Thank you Craig.

Such a GREAT experience working with Collins Property! My husband and I have always avoided renting through property management companies. But due to the high demand of rentals in Grass Valley we decided to give a few a try. I would recommend Collins to everyone. They were beyond helpful, prompt and lovely people to work with. We are soooooo happy to be working with them 😉 I even bring rent into the office just to chat with the staff instead of mailing it!

I have had a great experience with Collins. The folks there worked with me to coordinate with the owner because my situation as a renter was slightly non-standard. We were able to work things out to everyone's satisfaction and benefit. They were very accommodating to my needs on timing for the initial walk through, and have been extremely friendly and responsive over the past 9 months of renting, as little issues have come up that need to be taken care of at the property.

I think Collins does a great job and if I owned a house in the area and needed a property management company I would not hesitate to choose them. The fact that I am madly in love with the property I rented is the icing on the cake. Well done, Betty, Dawn, Luey and all!

We called the water company and paid the balance of the water bill up to the day we moved out. Collins then kept $75 of our deposit to pay for the water they used after we were gone. They basically stole $75. When you move in, take pics of every single thing. If something is broken or has signs of repair when you move in, they will not remember it when you move out and will blame you. We got the rest of our deposit back only because I think the owners told them things were missing or broken before. I have no doubt they would have kept a bunch of our deposit to fix things that were not our resposibiliy. Collins acted like we caused things that were just not maintained by them in the first place such as missing pocket door latch. She kept fondling the missing latch during the inspection like she really wanted to charge us for it. She also acted upset that the cheap plastic-lined dishwasher was getting yellow inside. Come on! We were a nice young family and they were lucky to rent to us. There was no reason for them to be so dishonest and greedy.
