HELP THE RESIDENTS OF COLUMBIA AT SOUTH RIVER GARDENS!!!! Over 20 cars were broken into last night, and it’s happening constantly by the same people from one building. We’ve been begging for help, but management ignores us. No security, no real staff, just empty promises while residents suffer. If you had any respect for the people living here, you’d step in and fix this. Since you won’t, I’ll be calling the news. Enough is enough!

I'm an independent contractor. I did a massive amount of mold remediation work & a few other maintenance repairs for COLUMBIA CREST. This was back in July & August. We have not been paid. We get the run around and lied to from there corporate office and property manager Michael Wingard. The regional Fonda Pittman to me the property don't have the money and they are trying to figure out how to pay my company. I give them negative -5 stars
DON'T RENT FROM THEM SLEEP IN YOUR CAR.
DON'T DO WORK FOR THEM GO COLLECT CANS.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! This company is a complete scam....Please do not rent any property through this company! They do not care about their tenants! Not only that maintenance is horrible! They act as if they do not want to work! Every time I see them they are DOING NOTHING! They will close your work order before even coming to fix the problem! The leasing office is BARELY open and when they are it is like you have to catch them before they leave or randomly lock the door. I feel so disappointed and robbed of my hard working money, and nobody cares! Cooperate never answers the phone or even responds to emails. I am so tired of feeling unheard.... Nothing ever changes! I am so disappointed and ashamed to even live somewhere like this! They don't care about anything but receiving rent! I've been here for 3 months and I do not even have a mailbox key! 3 MONTHS! It took 6 weeks to even get approved to move in after they already took my money, then when I move in nothing in the apartment is working! This company is a disgrace with no morals or real beliefs everything is a lie! Please do not make the mistake I made because now I am paying for it!

I’ve tried to avoid leaving a negative review, but unfortunately, I don’t have much choice now. I’m too pressed for time to detail everything, but I need to share that this has been the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Resolving issues takes an eternity, and there seems to be a lack of care or concern from the staff. I moved out in March and still haven’t received my refund or any communication about it.

Columbia Residential, please get in touch with me about my refund. If I don't hear back soon, I’ll have to escalate this matter

The Columbia property ON MLKing Dr has been a thorn in my side! Those apartments are in the rear of my home and has caused many damages to my home to include a bullet shot in my back door, tree falling and damaging my fence, overgrown weeds and shrubs on my fence, kids throwing rocks in my yard and busting out windows on my vehicle, only to name a few! I have had recent problems with them and they are ignoring my request for them to fix the problems. Management has said they would return my calls but it's been over three years. No restitution. I am truly sorry these apartments are next to my back yard!

LESS THAN A STAR!!!

Last night I received a DISTURBING notice on my door. I emailed everyone that I previously had an interaction with in the leasing office and the people with the East Lake Foundation.

This is the statement that was in the email along with an attachment of the DISTURBING notice that was left in my door.

“Good evening everyone,

I received this disturbing notice on my door this evening.  I’m not sure who placed it here, BUT my rent is not past due. As a matter of fact, I’ve paid my rent BEFORE the 1st of the month for the last three months.

Also, I looked into the portal and I see where ADDITIONAL fees have been added to my account where the rent amount requested had already been paid.

Ms. Solomon, Ms. Chappell, and Ms. Johnson reviewed my lease BEFORE I signed it last year, so what is going on?”

The problem is, my payments have been made IN PERSON, and for the past three months, I’ve made my payments PRIOR to the due date! This company WOULD NOT have allowed me to UNDER PAY my rent amount!

ALSO, NO ONE EVER CALLED ME FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE WHEN I POSTED THE LAST REVIEWS ON 9/12/2023 & 9/19/2023.

I SIGNED my legally binding lease contract in NOVEMBER 2023. How can you change the amount of a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT?!
