My family have been loyal customers at this Toyota dealership for nearly 20 years! The current team is fantastic, Vida B. was my sales rep and helped my obtain an amazing new RAV4 hybrid. Vida is a Rockstar! And Tim & Katy were great on the admin side too. Colville Toyota is a good dealership, but I had some problems when purchasing a vehicle. Bought a 4Runner, and when it was delivered there was an empty tank of gas. One of the headlights was not working when I drove home at 6:00pm. Was also not made aware that the car did not come with floor mats, which are expensive. These aren’t serious problems, but you would expect better from a dealership.

The employees at Colville Toyota are very helpful, professional and friendly. I bought my 4Runner in November of 2024 which was a very pleasant experience with one of the sales staff. The 2 times I’ve dealt with the service dept have also been a positive experience. Friendly, helpful and honest.
I will return for service as needed.

We had a great experience buying from colville Toyota! Having a smaller business offered so much customer support and attention to detail.

We ordered our van a few months prior. Joey was the only dealer from 3 other businesses who sounded excited and said we can find you what you want! I was very impressed with his determination and willingness to work for us.

The order process went smoothly and Joey and Hayden kept us updated as the van was put into build, transportation, and arrival.

They also worked extra hard to get the van prepped and ready the same day it arrived so we could have it for a trip. They worked so well as a team. Joey and the office manager Kelly met us at our new car as we pulled in and introduced herself and thanked us for our business. They all worked well to get everything prepped for us to pick up the van and have a smooth transfer. Katy did a great job getting all the paperwork set up and explained it thoroughly and was very patient as we discussed and decided what we wanted and didn’t want. They even went above and beyond and stayed over an hour past close to get everything signed and teach us all about our new vehicle. Their customer service was so helpful and never pushy or degrading .

I also loved buying a Toyota as it comes with great service packages standard. As well as additional service packages you can add but we never felt pushed into.

Overall we are highly satisfied and will be driving an hour to have our service done there instead of a closer dealership due to their fabulous customer service.

And the van is also incredible!!

Colville Toyota has a great staff! I rented a 2024 Toyota Tacoma to do some work while I dropped off my wife's Toyota for servicing... Wow! That truck is truly amazing. I don't know how I'll ever go back to driving my old beater, lol!
