Horribly incompetent property management. In the 8 months Haley worked for us, she ignored our phone calls and messages for weeks at a time (3 occurrences), she had no idea when leases were ending and failed to advertise the property in time, she had zero sense of urgency and awareness of the Cal Poly semester starting dates considering our empty rental, and when she did advertise our high-end new remodeled units, she only listed them on Craigslist. Haley has cost us thousands of dollars from inaction and it’s going to cost us even more trying to get good tenants to replace her mistakes.

Any issues with the house were quickly addressed, and although, the house ended up being sold as our lease was expiring, they were very considerate to our privacy and made the move out process very easy. Hayley was always there to work with us if we had any problems what so ever, and I must say it was easily the best rental experience I have had in San Luis Obispo.
