In addition, I had to replace a plastic skylight that was cracking and leaking. I now have a beautiful real skylight. Commercial Roofers did my whole roof including three new skylights nine years ago and the roof and sky lights are in great shape. When the main roof work was done, it was fast, professional, and competent. The price was highly competitive. I recently had a maintenance problem caused by a roof top air conditioner condenser that was causing a leak. I called them and the owner came and inspected and helped make a repair until I can get the condenser fixed, no cost. I highly recommend this company for roofing work.

The roof on my house was in bad shape. We had several people/companies on our roof thinking we were getting the work done. I saw the billboard for roof this and decided to do some homework. I first inquired about an estimate through email. By chance, some guys were on my block passing out flyers and I told them I tried to get through. They were apologetic and came out immediately to give me an estimate. They were straight forward with me about the damage. At this point I wanted it done. They came and installed my roof. The workers were very nice, knowledgeable, clean, fast, and efficient. They made sure I understood everything that was going on. The price was more than reasonable. And coincidentally, it rained the night my roof was done and no leaks!!!!!!!! Thank you guys again!!!
