We recently moved to Chelsea and wanted a comprehensive security system installed in our new house. We received proposals from 4 separate security firms operating in Chelsea and Commercial Security Experts and Seth stood out among all of the competition in terms of professionalism and expertise (Although not the cheapest option we had).
Seth was very impressive in his quick response and in explaining the security options available to us. We spoke with his central monitoring partner as part of the qualification process to validate Commercial Security Experts’ service levels as well.

After talking to many different home security companies in Soho I gave Commercial Security Experts a call. They answered all of my questions and was able to get a sales representative out to my house that afternoon. The sales rep showed up on time. He asked me what I thought I needed and recommended that one additional door that I had not considered. Dave explained how the equipment worked and suggested that if I wanted extra sensors they would charge me the same price I would pay online. No up-selling. Commercial Security Experts were able to install the system the next day and showed up at the front end of the two hour window they gave me. The installer was professional and installed the equipment efficiently and the system works.
The equipment is super easy to use. I like the touch pad and would go with Commercial Security Experts again.

I finally moved to Chelsea and contacted a few companies for an alarm and home automation system. Out of all the companies, Nathan at Commercial Security Experts offered the best service, quick response time for an appointment and offered all the options I wanted.
He visited my new home on Wednesday and the system was installed on Saturday! Super-fast service! Our installer Nathan was awesome. Nathan did a great job installing and knew exactly what they were doing. I am very pleased with Commercial Security Experts and will absolutely recommend their service. I'm normally not a review writer, but I'm very happy and wanted to share my experience.

We used Commercial Security Systems Experts to install our security system in 2020 in our new office, and I couldn't be happier. Harvey from Commercial Security Systems Experts went above and beyond in working with us to make sure all of our security needs were met. He initially came out to do a walk through to see what was needed and answered all of our questions thoroughly and with a smile. The professionalism and care that Harvey showed us was top notch, and he is the reason we ended up using Commercial Security Systems Experts for our security system.

Little late but the service I got from Commercial Security Systems Experts worth a review at any time. I've been meaning to write a review here for months and time has just gotten away from me! Conner was FANTASTIC to work with and we love our new security system he installed. We have been using it for several months and it is amazing. Mobile app to turn the alarm on and off from your IPhone, they called us when our smoke alarm went off when cooking Smokey breakfast one Sunday morning. We love our system. Conner was so great at communicating our various options and very fair in price. He was quick to make any necessary tweaks for us as well and never charged a fee for making an extra house call during our initial setup. We would highly recommend Commercial Security Systems Experts to anyone in the Astoria area. Thanks again, Conner!

I contacted Commercial Security Systems Experts when my current security company could not get my system to work for more than a few days at a time. After several service calls, which I was charged for, and several days of missed work for specialists to visit my home, I still didn't have a working system.
Decided to try a different security company and called Commercial Security Systems Experts. Stuart came out and realized the problem immediately. He took over my system. He moved and installed fire and carbon monoxide detectors that would actually save a life. They were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of my home while they worked. Commercial Security Systems Experts charges the same amount as the other company for monitoring but give you full service in return.
I strongly recommend them for homeowners. You are just another little account to those big companies. Commercial Security Systems Experts took my "little" account and treated me like I was their most important "big" one.
Many companies in Manhattan need to learn from them!
