I can't say enough good things about working with Stewart. My dad had a house near Palm Springs and it had some deferred maintenance items and a somewhat dated look. I live over 2 hours away and I don't think I could have gotten the house ready and sold without Stewart's advice and he and his associate Lance being my "feet on the ground". Stewart went and picked carpet samples. He or Lance made sure work was done properly. When the heavy rains hit, they checked the house and let me know everything was ok. Stewart was very professional and advised that he thought we would be able to sell for asking, and possibly a little more. “We only need one person who wants to buy it” he would say. And he was right. I moved out on the Monday, Stewart arranged for the place to be professionally cleaned on the Tuesday and by Wednesday morning he had an offer at over the asking price. And this was before the house was even on the MLS. Stewart had found a buyer through his contacts. The sale closed in under four weeks.
