The Coalinga West Woods manager was arrested for interfering with her drug plug being arrested. Dont worry, she's still working there. Drug free complex so drug buddy had to move move out..but she moved right over into her daughters apartment in the same complex.
If that's not enough of a joke, apartments here at this project based section 8 complex have been vacant for months, some for a year or more. She's been working hard at moving her own family members in. They get an apartment before people that have been on the wait list for years years. Skipped right ahead of everyone else! Still a lot of vacant units because her and all the other managers for the past few years can't seem to process anyone and get them moved in.

ConAm should have taken action and terminated her when she was arrested on site while on duty as the manager!

I'm glad to have met the lady's that helped me when I was asking for help because my apartment manager was being irrational and unreasonable they made my apartment manager give me the information I needed. Hopefully soon they fix the management issues.

I just moved here and I've been here just a month. I have 4 cats that I was looking forward to having in my patio so they can have their own space to be free. Now, after a complaint with a neighbor, I have to have them inside because they consider having cats in their own space "abandonment"!! I don't understand how cats needing their own space means that I'm abandoning them. They get fed and fresh water. I take care of their needs like they are my children. I have health issues where I can't keep having them inside the apartment and I shouldn't have to get rid of them, either. There should be a law where we have a choice to have them outside.Even though I signed the lease agreement, I don't agree on the rule. This neighbor complained that one of my cats went inside her apartment and attacked her daughter because she's nursing and my cat can smell the milk. I know its a lie because she tried telling me to put them inside and I refuse to. So the lie started. My cats have been around other women that were nursing and they never attacked. And, they are scared of people they don't know. As far as the unit itself, I love the extra space because my old apartment was tiny and not spacious with no patio. This neighbor claims to be scared of cats so, I believe that the real reason for the complaint! I hate to give you a bad review because of this but that rule is so stupid! Cats need their own space, too! Not just my space!!!😡 After contacting ConAm, they have resolved my issue by allowing me to have my cats on my porch as long as they are on a leash and don't jump out of the patio. I'm happy now.

I provided proof of renter's insurance before I signed my lease. Since then ever month they charge me a fee for not having renter's insurance. I contact the manager every month and she reverses it. One month the manager was on vacation and I went into the office for help. They said no one could help me because only the manager could reverse the fee. I then called Kim at corporate office and left her 2 messages with no call back. I was out of luck that month because they charged me late fee for not paying the fee for non-compliance of renter's insurance. Once again this month they have charged me a fee. I've spent so much time jumping through hoops changing my policy because they have promised that was the problem. Each month it does not fix the problem.

Gardener broke my window they replaced window with plywood left a huge gap for all my cold air to escape. Have to run ac 24/7 to keep infant child cool and al they can say for the passed 30 days is sorry maybe you’ll get the window tomorrow. 1 week ago they sent a lone maintenance man to try to repair window alone and he shattered it all over my living room and couch. Then put plywood back on....this is ridiculous!

Lived at there village at shaw apartments the manager Stephanie is a poor manager a bully they treat you as if you paid for a hotel and it's check out time everyday they will sneak in your apartment when you aint home tried to solve this with the higher management con am but they never answer do not rent from them..
