Realter always answers emails in a timely manner and has great communication. They were patient with me throughout the application process which was greatly appreciated as a first time renter. I like my studio a lot. It is was very clean on move in day and all the appliances function well. So far I have had a very positive experience.

My husband and I just moved from Maryland to a gorgeous townhouse at the Grand Ryefield in Bloomfield. The ONLY way we were able to accomplish this is with a great deal of professional, yet always pleasant, assistance from Alanna Korris. She was extremely responsive to every email and every phone call, and it is my opinion that a better property manager would be exceedingly hard to find. Thank you, Alanna for all your help.

I was excited to think i was getting closer to moving into my first apartment after paying 300$ in fees and running around submitting documents just to get denied. And Let’s not forget we did not see the unit that we ORIGINALLY was supposed to see because they had already accepted a different “applicant” by that time . moving forward we liked the other property that was shown to us, now here’s the part that gets interesting. Me and my partner spent 300$ in fees to do to an in depth CRIMINAL BACKGROUND check which is interesting because that should be the last thing to request after reviewing an application and employment history but they don’t suggest that. They do not have a direct contact these people only respond to email and BARELY that. They only reach out when they need you to send over documents . They do not keep you posted on the status of your application. Everytime i called the office to get JUAN on the phone he’s never in office and never returns any calls. Even after being denied we were not told if we can continue looking at other properties with them , nor did they tell us they will find something better i would assume if i send over fees and the amount of documents that my partner and i sent over i would be able to explore more properties that they can show us. Please just don’t waste your time

Do not rent from these people. They still owe me money which they illegally took of of my account because I had already moved out. Spoke with Franchesca on 10/14/22 she promised they would be mailing out a check which I never received the check because it was never mailed out. They will not let Rhino cancel my deposit policy because they claimed they never did a walk through even though I moved out a month ago! They are fraudulent and will give you the run around to benefit themselves.

They also give their tenants a discount for writing them good reviews so I would not believe half of these good reviews.

I lived in one of the KMF apartments for 2 years. I never had to deal with the office as I never had any issues or complains. The neighbors were quiet and the building was cleaned. The two people I dealt with while living here was Franchesca and Juan. I want to thank both of them for all the help in getting me into one of the apartments when I most needed one, and to Franchesca for returning my call, and who also was a big help in understanding my situation when I had to move out. I never overall had any issues with this complex. Thank You.

These people are so unprofessional...I have been calling and emailing Juan..and he never gets back to me..and then today a woman named Eliza calls me back and asks me some questions and then said she couldn't hear me..so I disconnect my phone from the aux (quickly might I add) and she doesn't even wait 1second..she just hangs up on me..and then never calls back! Do yourself a favor ..if you're looking for a home find another realty company that cares...what a joke!

I lived there for a year nd I experienced a few issues. Mice, flies, I'm extremely OCD and my apt is spotless btw ,high humidity apartments, spanish music noise by neighbor etc.... Andrew is nice and gave me back my deposit in a few days they stay on top of the apartments which I liked. I really hated seeing dead rats outside of my door
