If I had my own company I would definitely have Orlando as a Manager, his customer service skills are a 10!!!!

He has helped me with so many little things, always calls me back in a timely manner and is so professional.
Not many people like him around these days!

Living in my apartment for the past two years has been an interesting experience. One of the biggest challenges I faced was dealing with a particularly disruptive neighbor who almost drove me to the brink of insanity. While this type of situation is beyond anyone’s control—esp in California—I always felt heard and supported, thanks to Conrad, specifically, Orlando.

I’m currently renting from Conrad property Management in Sherman Oaks Moorpark Heights. This is my first apartment and I usually have a lot of questions and concerns, and every time I would contact the manager, Bela, I get timely, friendly and efficient responses to all concerns. All maintenance requests I get notified by Bela with time of technician arriving. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better, professional and friendly manager. I can say I’m happy with this place I call home.

Update: I have had such an AMAZING experience with Nick, I had to update my review. I’m currently moving out, and he has gone the extra mile to communicate with me through this process and make sure I feel supported. He even offered a pre-move out inspection so I can expect any deductions in security deposit/hopefully fix any deductions before move out date, which was so kind and thoughful of him. He always responds to my emails in a timely manner and and has always been very understanding. If I could, I would give Nick 10/5 stars.
