For active duty personnel.The military community and land design itself is great for a family raising.

Lived here 2 years. When something broke, we got refurbished, still halfway functional. We had a dishwasher breakdown, and they replaced it with another washer that had its' own problems.

-Star.. They scheduled our final move out inspect after the fact we detached so we did not have a say in the inspection itself. We originally had it scheduled prior to moveout, but it got rescheduled duo to the non-availability reschedule to the point which we could no longer reside in the state.

The move out costs were larger than expected. We paid a local professional company 700$ for a full house clean prior to move out.. we only found out later that they then charged us an addition 800$ for the same cleaning we already paid someone else to do.

I have called Constitution Park home for the last 5 1/2 years. Hands down the best military housing community that we have lived in throughout our 14 years as a military family. 100% would recommend! The office staff and maintenance staff have been wonderful throughout our stay. Sad to have to leave!

Excellent family housing for military members. Our family has resided here for two years and have enjoyed the neighborhood and amenities offered. The community center has a gym with an attached child play area with plenty of entertainment - the best part is the glass window allowing you to look after your littles while fitting in a workout. The center staff and maintenance are highly responsive to feedback and work orders. The center often offers fun activities like "national popcorn day" and sponsored events partnered with MWR. The playgrounds have great equipment and there are two options in the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is quiet and in a very safe community. Overall great experience.
