I approached Chris to act as my buyers agent after meeting at one of her open houses, and immediately feeling comfortable with her friendly, personable approach and extensive knowledge of the area. She absolutely did not disappoint -- guiding me carefully through the entire buying process, ensuring I understood every step, and providing excellent referrals for mortgage/escrow/insurance agents.

Chris worked around the clock to help finalize an offer, including scrubbing through hundreds of pages of property disclosures to identify and assess potential risks, and then leveraged her connections to investigate and close-out all contingencies on an incredibly tight timeline. Throughout the closing process, she continued to coordinate across agents and stakeholders to ensure no gaps and no delays.

From start to finish, Chris was incredibly flexible and available to answer any questions or to assist with inspections and follow-ups, even after closing -- both in person and via text/phone/email.
