I was in desperate need of a water line repair at my Rexford, NY home and I was fortunate enough to find Copper Club Management through my home's warranty program. From the moment I contacted them, their team was extremely professional and efficient. They were able to arrange the repair within just 2 days of receiving the work order and the actual repair process was seamless.

The crew arrived on time and got straight to work, excavating the ground and cutting out the damaged line. They were very careful and thorough, ensuring that the job was done correctly. They then installed a brand new water line and tested it to make sure it was working properly.

He totaly scamer, he took me $21888 for downpayment on Oct.17.2023 ,never start the job, I asked refund ,he don't response, I already filed the claim to superme court.
