As a 40years + CPA/consultant both in New York and Florida, specializing in commercial real estate investments, I would compare the integrity and market savviness of the principals of Core, Adam Greenberg and Michael LaPointe, in the commercial real estate space to that of Warren Buffet’s in stocks/equities.
Their investment opportunities are top notch. Core sends out periodic updates and is open book. If Core were to adopt Warren Buffet’s attitude that “investors should trust him enough to let him operate in privacy,” I would be good with that. I have been a long time investor with Core alongside my own properties.

I know Adam Greenberg and Michael Lapointe for over 15 years and consider them seasoned retail professionals . I am also in the same business and have been investing with them for over 10 years and there deals have performed very well and they did an amazing job navigating the tenant issues during covid . I would advise anyone to think twice before becoming involved with Core Investment Management (CoreIPF). I have found Adam Greenberg, the managing director, to be nothing less than arrogant, demeaning, and condescending. Why anyone would want to consider investing substantial resources with an outfit where management struggles with even the most basic interpersonal relations is beyond me.
