Cori was such a great help as we sold our sister's home. She linked us to a title company that handled the probate. As a contractor, Cori was able to connect us with the providers that we needed to make repairs to the home. Repairs were made in a short time frame so we could quickly get the house on the market. Further, she gave us excellent advice as to what should be repaired. She also expertly guided us on how to price the home. Cori was able to stage the house, make great videos and hold multiple open houses so the sale happened quickly. We are absolutely satisfied and highly recommend her services.

Early last year I accepted a transfer to relocate from Boston to Seattle and began my search for a realtor. Right from the start Cori connected with me remotely and we started brainstorming what I was looking for in regard to location, home and budget. When I arrived in Seattle, Cori had several listings based on my desire to be near downtown Seattle and commute to Bellevue.

We spent two days looking at the initial listings. Cori was skillful in asking questions about what I may or may not like about the listings. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable in helping me determine various pros and cons of each listing and narrowing down my search. This was great considering I had not been in the Seattle area prior to that visit.

By the end of that week we determined the Madison Park area met my highest priorities. It was within walking distance or a short Uber ride to anything in Seattle and accommodated my commute. Prior to leaving I was able to make an offer that was accepted and Cori had top notch partners that were able to complete all the aspects needed of purchasing and financing a home. The entire process was seamless.

I can't express how much I would recommend Cori to anyone buying a home in the Seattle area. I love the location of my new home and she was there every step of the way.
