She is very thorough about protecting you against potential lawsuits that can arising from buyers and very knowledgeable for her years.
She is very professional and will work for you. She is ethical which is a trait not all real estate agents possess. She hasn't been corrupted yet and I hope she will strive to always remember to stay good.

First and foremost I’d like to thank Katie Ellebrecht for providing excellent, professional, helpful and friendly service to my fiancé and myself over the last year and a half. From the moment we first stepped foot into our beautiful home Katie has been warm and welcoming. She has made our entire rental process easy. We have had not one issue and I feel that’s due to the open communication on both sides.
Katie has been understanding regarding our decision to relocate down South which we appreciate very much so. We can honestly say if we were to ever move back to Humboldt Katie and Cornerstone would be our first choice in property management.

Can't rate zero stars unfortunately. I rented from Cornerstone Reality, the lease specifically says Cornerstone, and that's where we paid our rent was the Cornerstone office, even tho the reply from them says it wasn't. Katie, our cornerstone agent, did everything she could to make our lives very hard as soon as we informed her we planned to leave. We gave early notice, 3 months, and as soon as we did there were open houses and weekday showings set up weekly usually, sometimes multiple times a week. She expected us to have the carpets and the house both professionally cleaned, which we did, but then still took almost a thousand dollars out of our deposit for her personal "cleaning fee." This was also 2 weeks after she was legally required to return our deposit to us, which she didn't in time, but she still felt she could take our money. I hope this rating saves even just one person from finding out the hard way that this company will take you to the cleaners just like they did to us.

I feel for you if you have Katie Ellebrecht as your Realtor. I emailed her to look at one of her listings. I am a cash buyer and was visiting from several hours away from Eureka. I included in the email all my detailed contact information. I am still waiting to hear from her. I see I am her second one star. You might want to get someone with a bit more passion for her job.
