DO NOT RENT FROM COTTAGES ON MAIN. Managment has been mia for over a year. Request go un answered. The leasing agent is a complete moron and has no clue on how things work. Constant back and fouth even though the information was already provided, they continue to ask for it. When moved we had no wifi or cable for 3 months, no maintance man. Had our AC unit not place proply in the window and was letting cold air come into the room. We had ice and snow inside the room from the air coming in outside. This is one of the worst managed compaies.They cannot keep employees or managers. DO NOT RENT
