Cottonwood Coop employees are helpful and friendly and they have a new store built last year which opened in December! The convenient store has a big variety of convenient items, they have a deli for having hot meals and the manager is helpful with my customer service questions and keeping me happy so I'm glad to business there! For auto repairs they have a mechanic in a shop at their agronomy center. The buildings they own are in nice, clean condition and the employees are friendly and helpful. Their old gas station before being torn down after the new one was open, the old one had a plaque embedded in the wall in front t that said it was the oldest co-op in the world! They have tables for there patrons who eat there or for a weary traveler to take a break at! Besides the auto gas islands they have fuel islands for semi and truck customers who use them. They are in the process of building a new car wash right now to complete the building of their new Cottonwood Coop gas station. They have charge accounts some of their customers have set up for personal or business charges to be paid at the end of the month. They are extremely helpful and gracious even in accepting personal checks which can be written for $20 or $30 dollars over the amount of purchase so I can get food or groceries that they stock, gasoline for my car, and when paying with a check they give cash back up to $30 over the amount of purchase! They appear to be very wealthy company which is able to build new buildings for there businesses! There is no unisex restrooms but new state of the art restrooms for customers to use and these are in their new store which just opened for business in December. They have deals in the store which are to the customers benefit to shop in the store and see what sales items they have advertised and I can save money and get two waters for the price of one! I have no reason to shop elsewhere for convenient items and mechanic repairs since they have great selection and they are well staffed, and their gas pumps have tv monitors to watch while getting gasoline with ethanol or they also sell a premium brand of gasoline The store is handicap excessible and they have a big parking lot for whatever rig your driving to park in if you need a break from the roads
