I moved here in August 2024 and my only regret is that I didn't move here sooner. Living here has been worry- and hassle-free, with the buildings and community well-maintained, secure, and full of kind and friendly residents. Many amenities are available and accessible, which makes it even easier for this to feel like home.

But what sets Country Club Apartments apart from many other options is its staff. Even before moving here, Katie was a huge help in answering my many questions, and she and Debby have remained eager to help me feel at home here. The few minor issues I've had have been addressed quickly and professionally, and Katie and Debby follow up to ensure I'm happy with the resolution or up to speed with its progress.

The maintenance staff, too, is incredible. Both Rocky and Ed are personable and highly skilled, responding to maintenance requests as quickly as possible and tackling jobs completely and cleanly. They've both taken the time to explain why an issue has occurred and frequently stop to chat with me when they see me out and about.

All in all, I can't foresee leaving here any time soon, and as someone who moved to WV in 2020 from out of state, I'm finally glad to have a place that *feels* like home.

I’ve lived at country club Apartments since 2018. Every time I have called maintenance they come right away and fix any issues I have. Rocky is the best. He has replaced my microwave, dishwasher, sink and other appliances at my apartment.

My wife and I just recently moved into our new apartment almost a full month ago. We had a feeling from the time that we toured the place in August/September that we were going to love this place, and we were right.

The ladies in the office—Debby and Katie—are so kind and sweet, and the maintenance team is absolutely outstanding (shout-out to Ed and Rocky who we've had the pleasure of meeting so far). Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful; it's as if everyone that works here treats the complex as if it were their own home.

It's so peaceful and quiet here, and we can't thank everyone enough for how wonderful this move-in experience has been. The only thing we regret is that we hadn't found this place sooner!

You won’t feel how precious it is to have such wonderful tenants and live in a safe area until you move out. The tenants are amazing, responsive, helpful, always there! Maintenance is amazing and very responsive, very helpful, quick, and efficient. On the day I moved they helped me a lot and the maintenance even gave me their personal lashing straps and refused me to pay for it. Apartment is clean from day one, appliances are new and if you do not like it they can replace it, good quality, carpets were new, cabinets were of good quality and sturdy. The area is safe, I cannot stress that enough, I can have my package delivered to the door step from outside and pick it up in two days no problem. To get to your apartment you have to go in through an outer door then reach your apartment door which gives you a sense of security. The community is great, people are wonderful and nice, many of them are doctors and professors at Marshall University. I was happy at this apartment and I am sad that I had to leave after 3 wonderful years.

Country Club Apartments has been a great place to live. The area is quiet, peaceful, and safe. The buildings are well kept and clean. The staff are unbelievably responsive and friendly. Debby is awesome and made my wife and me feel welcome. Despite COVID, there is still a sense of community here. I would recommend living here to anyone.
