Liz was amazing! My husband and I were interested in a property and had to drive an hour and a half to see it. She was very forthcoming about the property details and made sure we were comfortable with driving the back roads. We loved the first aid kits she included with the information packet as it was very thoughtful since we were looking at a piece of property we would have to hike.

Beware of doing business with this highly unethical business. Alinda P. refused to bring a buyer who saw our home on Zillow to our FSBO listing because we wouldn't sign an agreement to a 6% commission fee.

I called Liz, the owner of the Realty company, and she supported this practice to my surprise. She defended the actions and literally hung the phone up on me. The two were on a trip to New Orleans at the time and clearly didn't have time for a meaningful discussion about ethics.

As a buyers agent, they neglected their ethical duty to show their client my home because it didn't intersect with their self-interest in commission fees.

If we were less educated, we may have been duped out of nearly $20k by their attempt to get us to sign the buyers and sellers agency agreement.

Run from these folks. Call someone ethical like Martha Hilton for your realty needs in Greenbeier County.

Notice the reply below trying to explain their way out of their unethical behavior. The realtors code of ethics requires realtors to operate in the best interest of their clients. Country Road gets this backwards and operates in the best interest of their pocketbooks. How else would you explain them trying to dupe us into signing a buyers agency agreement (3% commission) and a sellers agency agreement (+3% commission) before they said they "would be allowed" to bring their client to see the property. This is attempted extortion.

We were willing to negotiate the buyer's agency commission, but it is quite bold of Country Road to demand the additional +3% sellers commission when they had done nothing (zero) to help us market our home for sale.

The potential buyer had found our property on Zillow and expressed interest to Alinda to see our property. She refused because she couldn't line her own pockets and never visited the home.

Don't be deceived by these crooks. They are of the lowest ethical ilk you will find in the real estate business. They make used car salesmen and crooked clergy seem honest and trustworthy by comparison!

This is a cut throat company. As I’m negotiating a sell in good faith they lower the price of a place to start a bidding war. It’s absolutely disgusting. I will never use them as my realtor again. I have used them once.
