Moving in this weekend, and we have been trying to find a place for almost two months, the apartment is beautiful. Makayla and her staff have gone above a beyond, to ensure the process was smooth and as easy as possible! They have worked with me and my family!! Answered every question we have had and been through and honest throughout the whole leasing process!! Thank everyone of you that have helped along the way!! It is so appreciated

Wonderful place to call home. The apartments are cozy and clean with lots of natural lighting. It's wonderful to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony. The maintenance staff are wonderful.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Country Shores. The management team is absolutely incredible—always friendly, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They’ve made our move-in process seamless and stress-free, which has been a huge relief for our family.

The maintenance team deserves special recognition as well. They are fast, efficient, and always get the job done with a positive attitude. Whether it's a small fix or something more urgent, they handle it quickly and professionally. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in top shape.

We are truly grateful to live in a place where both the management and maintenance teams genuinely care about the residents. Highly recommend!

Very squeaky flooring and thin walls with a lot of noise penetration. Fortunately, it's a mostly quiet area. Management is responsive and helpful.

I lived here for a little over a year and was pretty disappointed with how poor the quality of the apartments and grounds were, especially considering how much they cost to rent. Management was extremely hard to get ahold of, at one point I went almost 30 days trying to reach Sherry via emails, text messages, and phone calls, the office was barely ever open or occupied. I got written up for ‘unsightliness’ because I parked my car in both of the parking spots (that I paid for as part of my rent) and apparently that makes the property look unkempt, never mind the overgrown flower beds, shutters falling off the buildings, and a literal burnt out apartment across the parking lot --that I hear is still rotting almost 2 years later. Maintenance was decent, though it would take several days for them to fix things. I imagine the maintenance men were overworked as I’m pretty sure their attention was spread across several properties. It's a shame because it seems like it used to be a good place to live, but it’s gone downhill, and fast. I recommend looking elsewhere if you’re trying to find a place to live.

Got an apartment showing with Mekayla and no words can express how amazing she was. She explained everything super well to me and was so down to earth! She made searching for an apartment so much easier, she’s the first to actually respect the questions I asked and help me understand the answer. Definitely appreciated everything she has helped me with to get my foot into my first place on my own. I can’t express how thankful I am of her.
