I rented from them for 5 years and in those 5 years they refused to fixed things that were requested to be fixed. Had to put in multiple request and still wasn't fixed. In the 5 years i was there very minimal dammage was done. Now that I have moved I am NOW BEING CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED IN THE TIME THERE, including things that are normal wear and tear for being there that long. I would not recommend anyone rent from here because they will come for you when the time comes. I'd give a lovely ZERO stars if I could.

Lionel from Countryside Property Management is a very efficient property manager. He takes care of finding good tenants and keeping track of the property issues promptly. The company also provides landlords of an easy to understand list of transactions (credits, debits) and are quick to make sure payments are made and follow up with tenants and with landlords in a timely matter.
