Our experience with Cove Realty was a memorable, straightforward experience. Our sales partner agent was Mike Zacker. My wife did some research in finding and talking to local realtors, and we were fortunate that she recommended Mike to me after he visited our home and walked through with her.

He was low key, low pressure, made helpful and welcome suggestions to prepare our home for sale. He did not push back on our requested sale price, when we planned on having the house ready for showing, a close date, and was very encouraging as we neared our day to "go live" on the sale listing. He had very professional photos taken, suggested the order of photo show, and authored the listing details.

He worked with us on sorting through the offers that we received, provided opinions on each, i.e.., Pros/Cons, and suggested what we could negotiate as counter offers. There was a "glitch" at the close that he and the title company innovatively and promptly resolved, and we accomplished the task of selling on old home and moving forward with resettling back to our roots in NE Wisconsin.

For me the measure of a successful partnership is what your answer would be if asked, "Would you do it again?"
