Unprofessional and lazy. Their hours clearly said that they closed at 8pm tonight. I got here at 7:45pm for an emergency-last min birthday balloon need for the morning. The OPEN sign was lit but doors already locked while they were inside counting the register talking and laughing as I knocked and knocked. Don’t post your hours as such if you refuse to honor them. It would have taken 2min to blow up the Number Balloon that I needed and saved you a customer. I’ve been coming for years for each of my kids’ birthdays, never again.

Disappointing. Heavy focus on massive oversized pinatas and gross looking cheap food products to fill them in 50% of aisles. Couldn't find decorations I had in mind among limited options.

Coco and her brother are absolutely wonderful! We went into the store without a clear idea of what we were looking for, but we left with everything we needed to set up for TWO separate parties this weekend. Coco is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and her brother had excellent suggestions and also provided great customer service. The selection is very broad so you have plenty of options to choose from, but they are willing to accommodate most situations and will even create custom piñatas with sufficient notice! Easily the best store of its kind we have ever visited, and the standard for customer experience has been raised after they set the bar so high—we are so impressed!

Called from out of state, spoke with two different employees over two days to try and get a gift put together. Karen was amazing going through the myriad of balloons they had to make the PERFECT massive bouquet. Then stayed on the phone with me to make sure I received the receipt. They were the absolute only ones in the area willing and able to create a giant balloon surprise that didn’t break the bank!

We love to support small business and are not the type to complain. This place had always been a good experience until this time around. We placed our order with Coco, she was rude when we came in to say the least. Thought she might just be having an off day. Today at pick up, we weren’t sure if we could fit all tables/chairs in one trip. Again dealing with Coco, and she was terrible. We were trying to coordinate a second trip that worked with our event, and within their business hours. Not only was she unwilling to help, it seemed like she was scolding us for wanting to find something that worked for both of us. Never have we paid for a service and felt like it was such an inconvenience. Maybe celebration planning is just not her thing. We will not be returning here because of her lack of friendliness and customer service. I recommend you take your business somewhere else.
