Be aware of this management company. They have public space for rent but do not tell you until after having booked the space that "oh, sorry. You can only do after hours events". This was after they invited me down to review the space, and i had booked buses, catering, etc for 100 people. And the staff did not have a key to the space when i arrived to view it. Seems mis-managed. The receptionist told me "we have had a number of turnovers recently". Nice building, nice space. Uninformed people....
