Mrs Lynn is very nice and sweet...... They need a no smoking policy.... The smokers are killing us non smokers..... It comes right through the vents and walls.......Even though you report it and let them know you have breathing problems still no help at all..... It's like they do not even care.....

We still haven’t received our deposit yet, and we moved out in April. They told us it will be 90 days before we received it which would have been July, but here we are in the middle of September and still no deposit.

Ron is the person to to give back deposit refunds and we can NEVER get in touch with him. We moved out in December and haven’t received our deposit refund yet. I have tried every way possible to contact him but he doesn’t answer any. The apartments are nice but when you move out expect a long drawn out process of trying to get your deposit back. We were good tenants, paid rent on time and left the apartment spotless. This Is ridiculous 4 months and haven’t received our deposit.

We have been moved out of the apartment since October and still have NOT received our security deposit. They sure don’t mind taking your money but when it’s their turn to give some of it back to you, they won’t answer their phones, texts, emails or anything. We always paid our rent on time and left the apartment spotless.Totally pathetic and we will be getting an attorney.

I’m moving to the area to start a family and I’ve been trying to get in touch with them about a place. Never can get anyone on the phone. Reading the reviews I think I’ll keep looking. Beautiful in the pictures of course but that’s about all I know.

Its not an amazing place or anything. Apartments are meh for the price you pay. Which most that I can look past and get over. But when it takes over 6 months for them to do anything about fixing your A/C that is unacceptable to me. They refuse to get to you even if it's an emergency to you. Like no A/C in 105 degree weather and you are baking in the place you pay to be able to relax in. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Just about anywhere would be better.

This is not me posting this outrageous lies. Ex girl friend is trying to ruin my life in anyway she can . i already spoke with the apartment complex made them aware of the situation. Already spoke to the police. This is absolutely embarrassing but legal action is being taken. Again i apologize.

I absolutely love these apartments. Mrs.Tina & Mr. Ron are the best. Nice & quiet area. They care about your safety.
